What is the time required for shipment of my order?

All orders for products in stock are shipped out within 3 working days of the order received


Cash on delivery is not available in payment options?

Sorry, we do not offer COD orders at this time, we do plan on offering it on a later stage


What is the total time taken for delivery to me?

You can find out the approximate delivery period by entering your location's pincode on the product page. All orders for products in stock are dispatched within 3 working days. The delivery may take between 2 to 6 additional days depending on the address specified for the order. In case of remote areas, the delivery period is between 6-8 working days. Any orders placed in bulk follow the predefined delivery period shared during order placement.


Do I need to pay any delivery charges?

Delivery charges are applicable on products which are not eligible for free delivery or if your order value is below the threshold for free delivery. They are calculated as per the order weight, volume and your delivery location. During any promotional event or an offer, the delivery of orders is provided free of cost for many products on our website.


Does MOLLIMAX deliver to my area?

We deliver to most locations within India, you can check if your location is serviceable from the product page or during check out. Based on your pincode, the website will let you know if we deliver at your location. We keep updating the serviceable locations as per latest information available from our delivery partners.


Can I select the courier for my order?

It is not possible for you to select the courier service at this point. We dispatch all parcels using a delivery partner best suited according to your order and location. Presently we are working with 15 top notch services to offer you a fast and reliable delivery service.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, an email and SMS containing your dispatch information and tracking link is sent to you automatically. You can track your order using the link provided or log into your account at Mollimax to check the order status. If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you open a support ticket so we can follow up on your order.


The courier status shows delivery was attempted but I was not there. How to get the package delivered?

The courier company makes multiple attempts to deliver the package. In the event that deliver has not been completed, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call and SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will be made within 24 hours after trying to contact you. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to us. In case you do not receive your order, please get in touch with us.


My order is not delivered within estimated timeframe?

Almost all orders are delivered within expected timelines. The frequent issues that lead to delay in delivery are:

  • If the address provided for delivery is incomplete or pin code provided is incorrect
  • Nobody is present at the address to collect the shipment

Despite our best efforts and those of our delivery partners, certain issues can arise before your package is delivered. In order to guarantee you a quality service, Mollimax promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.


What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

Please do not accept any parcel in case the package appears open or packaging appears damaged or tampered with. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our warehouse, complete with Mollimax tape that should be visible and intact. If you refuse your parcel, report this by opening a support ticket for the same at the earliest.
